You should never stop exercising

I never stop exercising because I know I am on the right track to goo health and aging gracefully due to the following reasons:
Decreases circulating degrees of triglycerides.
Assists maintain proper muscle harmonic balance.
Offsets many of the negative side-effects of several antihypertensive tablets.
Lessens workdays missed merely because of illness.
Helps out in efforts to give up smoking.
Helps to relieve most common difficulties of pregnancy (backache, gerd, irregular bowel movements, and many more).
Lessens medical and health expenses.
Improves the thickness of the cartilage in your joints.
Minimizes the amount for insulin instructed to manipulate blood glucose levels level in Type1(insuline-dependent) diabetics.
I also take my bodybuilding diet to get a faster growth for musel development.
