The Different Brands of Fish Oil Supplements

When I purchase my fish oil supplements, I really do not look at the label or the particular brand that I am buying. I thought that they were all the same. Thankfully, my best friend noticed that I had different brands and told me about a brand that is better than the rest. She said that this company only makes the fish oil supplements from wild caught fish from the ocean. I guess these fish are healthier which means their fish oil is healthier too.
