I waited in the waiting room of the Warwick RI Chiropractor for almost an hour. My husband was inside getting some work done. He had hurt himself at work yet again. You do not have to perfrom hours of cardio exercise if you want to lose unwanted fat and get healthy. This is not true. I am not saying that it will not take some hard work to get it done. What I am saying is that there are other ways of exercising and training that you can use. A properly designed total body workout is the best way to lose the fat, and you do not have to do hours of boring cardio. The H1N1 flu epidemic has lessons to offer health care providers. As somebody who very aware of their own personal health and fitness it is very frustrating that the proportions of my figure aren’t as perfect as I would desire.
